PENGARUH PERSEPSI KESEHATAN TERHADAP TINGKAT KEBAHAGIAAN PADA LANSIA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kesehatan terhadap kebahagiaan pada lansia. Pada periode lansia sangat penting untuk dapat merasakan kebahagiaan karena dengan merasakan kebahagiaan lansia akan merasakan kepuasaan dalam hidup dan memiliki makna yang positif terhadap kehidupan yang telah mereka jalani. Persepsi kesehatan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kebahagiaan, dimana dengan menilai tentang status kesehatannya dan tidak merasakan kekhawatiran berlebih pada status kesehatnnya, maka lansia akan lebih merasakan kebahagiaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 278 lansia di wilayah Kota Malang. Prosedur pengukuran menggunakan skala kebahagiaan integratif berdasarkan perspektif hedonia dan eudaimonia berjumlah 71 item dan data mengenai persepsi kesehatan merupakan data pendapat atau persepsi diri tentang kesehatan yang dirasakan oleh lansia terkait kesehatannya pribadi. Analisis penelitian menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh pengaruh persepsi kesehatan terhadap kebahagiaan lansia (F=24.239; Sig.000). Pengaruh persepsi kesehatan terhadap kebahagiaan lansia adalah sebesar 8.1%.Open Access
