SUPERVISI KLINIS BERBASIS EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PADA PRAKTIK KONSELING
Abstract
Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya para konselor menggunakan keterampilan komunikasi (Mindcompetence) sebagaimana ahli lainnya yaitu ahli pembelajaran dan psikoterapi. Mindcompetence merupakan keterampilan yang harus melekat pada diri konselor, namun realitanya berbeda, bahwa dalam praktik konseling lebih bermuatan aspek kognitif dan mengabaikan aspek sikap, nilai, dan psikomotorik, yang ditempuh melalui latihan tersupervisi. Di sisi lain para calon konselor kurang diberi kesempatan untuk menampilkan praktik konseling secara luas dan kurang mendapatkan balikan secara memadai atas refleksi pengalaman belajar mareka. Dengan realita sebagaimana disebutkan, maka seorang konselor/calon konselor agar hasil dari proses memetik pelajaran dari pengalaman konselingnya, perlu mendapatkan penyeliaan melalui the Cyclical Experiential Learning Model.ÂOpen Access
