Abstract
Komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasi pada perusahaannya dapat dijadikan salah satu jaminan untuk menjaga kelangsungan perusahaan, maka dari itu Hubungan antara karakteristik pekerjaan dengan komitmen organisasi karyawan PR. Sangkar Mas CV. HF. Prima Malang menarik untuk di teliti, untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara karakteristik pekerjaan dengan komitmen organisasi. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan pabrik rokok Sangkar Mas CV HF Prima Malang yang berjumlah 100 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Analisis Data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil dari perhitungan product moment (r) = 0.856 dengan p = 0,001 atau r = 0856 > tabel 1% (0.361) dinyatakan sangat signifikan. Artinya ada hubungan Antara Karakteristik Pekerjaan Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Karyawan PR. Sangkar Mas CV. HF Prima Malang, diterima pada taraf kepercayaan 99%.Open Access
