Perbedaan Self Efficacy Siswa Yang Menjadi Anggota Osis Dengan yang Tidak Menjadi Anggota Osis di SMAN 1 Lawang
Abstract
OSIS adalah wadah di lingkungan sekolah untuk melatih siswa berorganisasi. Dengan tujuan melatih siswa berorganisasi, kami ingin mengatahui apakah ada perbedaan self-efficacy siswa yang menjadi anggota OSIS dengan yang tidak menjadi anggota OSIS di SMAN 1 Lawang. Populasi yang digunakan berjumlah 740 siswa dari kelas X dan XI, dengan sampel sejumlah 238. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan Self Efficacy yang dimiliki siswa adalah rumus uji-t antar kelompok. Hasil yang didapat adalah “Ada perbedaan Self Efficacy antara siswa yang menjadi anggota OSIS dengan yang tidak menjadi anggota OSIS di SMAN 1 Lawangâ€, diterima dengan taraf kepercayaan 99 %.Open Access
