Manajemen Konflik Terhadap Kekebalan Stres Remaja Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan
Abstract
Konflik dapat menimbulkan beban psikologis pada remaja. Berbagai konflik yang ditimbulkan oleh benturan berbagai pendapat, menyebabkan timbulnya perasaan bermusuhan, ketegangan dan kecemasan dan stres. Manajemen dalam konflik pada remaja dapat mengurangi perasaan bermusuhan. Masa remaja sebenarnya merupakan masa yang menyenangkan, tetapi juga masa badai dan stres. Hasil analisis structural model SEM pada koefisien jalur pegaruh langsung variabel Manajemen Konflik terhadap Stres Remaja diperoleh nilai standardize sebesar -0,758 dengan Critical Ratio (CR) sebesar -2,808 dengan nilai p sebesar 0,005. Karena nilai mutlak CR > 1.96 (2,808 > 1,96) dan nilai p < 0,05 (0,005 < 0,005), maka hipotesis penelitian diterima.Open Access
