MANFAAT TERAPI TERBARUKAN MANIPULASI MERISPOT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING PSIKOLOGIS MELALUI SECOND MESSENGER
Abstract
Terapi Terbarukan Manipulasi Merispot (TTMM) adalah pengobatan alami non-kimia. TTMM adalah terapi tradisional yang melibatkan regulasi energi, holistik, preventif dan kuratif, independen mudah-murah, dan memiliki efek samping yang sangat minimal. TTTM dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas konseling psikologis. Berbagai analisis penelitian biomolekuler menunjukkan bukti bahwa TTMM memiliki kemampuan untuk mengurangi penderitaan klien dengan utusan kedua yang sama dan saling berhubungan dengan tekanan-trigger fisik (manipulasi) stressor. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan studi biomolekuler yang dilakukan oleh penulis yang terbukti peran penting dari second messenger. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan pra replikatif dan post-test. Sampel (N = 24) digunakan Rattus novergicus tikus Wistar galur yang terkena dengan manipulasi fisik (stressor). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (p <0,05) stressor fisik meningkatkan IL-6 plasma (78,44%) dan kortisol plasma (56,33), korelasi yang kuat-positif IL-6 plasma dan IL-6 hippocampus (0890), IL- 6 plasma dan hippocampus kortisol (nilai korelasi 0.878), kortisol plasma dan IL-6 hippocampus (r = 0.864), kortisol plasma dan hippocampus kortisol (r = 0.837), IL-6 hippocampus dan SERT hippocampus (r = 0.873).Open Access
