Pengaruh Identifikasi Organisasi Dan Kohesi Terhadap Komitmen Afektif Guru
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui identifikasi organisasi dan kohesi memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru di Yayasan Darut Taqwa Pasuruan yang berjumlah 50 orang, terdiri dari 25 orang perempuan dan 25 orang laki-laki. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi organisasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai R Square 0,761 dan nilai sig 0,000 yang artinya identifikasi organisasi sebagai variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikat yaitu komitmen afektif 76% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Begitu juga dengan kohesi memiliki pengaruh yang cukup kuat terhadap komitmen afektif dimana nilai R Square 0,500 dan nilai sig 0,000 menunjukkan bahwa kohesi mempengaruhi 50% komitmen afektif.
